I have a lot of craft books, but my Japanese ones are most precious to me. I remember where I got each one, and that rush I get from thinking about new projects. Luckily, we have a Kinokuniya nearby (Japanese bookstore chain) so I can keep buying them!!!

I love the colors. That's what always draws me to a bookshelf... an array of colors.
those are pretty. so can you read the books? or do you just go by the photos?
Kate - I can just barely translate some Japanese characters, mostly with the help of my old textbook, but mostly I go by pictures. They are illustrated well and you can figure out a lot of stuff just using those.
How cool! I really love the colors also!
I love this photo! I really wish I could read Japanese or Chinese, when I have some free time maybe I'll learn.
